Developed by Cbus Property and built by Scentre Group, this is a newly built tower comprised of 99 luxury apartments built on top of the historic David Jones store in Sydney CBD. Kayder has designed the smart home system for all apartments. Each apartment includes integration of blinds, curtains, lighting, floor heating, intercom, access control and air conditioning systems via a Crestron Home System. Our technicians will be installing and commissioning the smart home system until competition, which is expected to be the end of 2025. Our team will also be working on the common areas which include commercial lighting control and audio visual systems for hallways, lobby and leisure spaces.
