At 111 Castlereagh Street in Sydney CBD, Kayder delivered integrated smart home automation and control systems for this landmark luxury residential development above the historic former David Jones building. Using Crestron Home, Kayder designed, installed and commissioned intelligent systems integrating lighting control, automated blinds and curtains, floor heating, air conditioning, intercom and access control throughout the residences.

The project also included commercial lighting control and audio visual systems across shared spaces, including the lobby, hallways and resident leisure areas, creating a seamless technology experience throughout the development.
