Working alongside Bellevarde Constructions, B.E Architecture and Astley Electrical, this was a 6 storey home newly built on Sydney’s northern beaches. With the client having an IT background, they had a desire for a highly intuitive smart home system. The home automation system included integrating multiroom AV, blinds, curtains, lighting, pool control, floor heating, intercom, CCTV, security/access control and air conditioning systems via a Crestron Home System. Kayder also designed and installed the home cinema.
This is one of the most automated houses that Kayder has completed. The system has schedules for lighting and shade controls based on time of day, but we have also implemented shades and curtains to open or close based on temperature and light levels.
