Headlands Hotel

Kayder provided audio visual, security and lighting control works for the new hotel fit out in 2016. It involved installation of background audio for the entire hotel from the café, two bar areas, outdoor areas and pool.

The hotel was fitted out with a complete alarm and CCTV system, comprising of over 50 cameras and an Inner-Range alarm and access control system. There is also a Crestron lighting control system installed throughout the hotel.

Kayder provided a Crestron lighting control system that controls the entire hotel. The Crestron control system has control via the touch panels located around the facility and has backend software that allows management to scenes and schedules via a computer, this eliminates the need to get a programmer back saving the hotel money in the long term.

There are also two conference rooms which Kayder provided AV works for with each of conference rooms featuring:

• Crestron control system with touch panel operation
• Speakers for sound reinforcement
• Digital wireless microphone
• Hearing augmentation
• Cameras for presenter reinforcement
• Wireless presentation
• Video inputs and outputs
• Motorised projector lifters

Kayder managed the MATV system on the project which includes channels from Foxtel, SKY, Keno and free to air services.
