Developed and Built by Lend Lease, these 3 luxury towers sit along the skyline in Barangaroo, Sydney. Kayder has designed and installed the integrated technologies across all 3 towers. The home automation system included integrating blinds, curtains, lighting, floor heating, intercom, access control and air conditioning systems via a Crestron Home System. We have also managed the lobby, communal leisure areas and carparks with commercial lighting control and audio visual systems. The project features 6 Penthouses and Sky Homes all with a bespoke smart home solution including multiroom AV and home cinemas. This has been a huge project for our company, working in over 800 apartments and across many common areas. We have also conducted training sessions for each owner to show them how to utilise their smart home.
