Kayder provided AV works for the new hotel bar and restaurant for the hotel, providing a high end audio system. The system was controlled via a Crestron touch screen for ease of use.

- Background audio in the lifts and foyers
- 6 x Meeting room with projectors, Crestron video matrix, Crestron lighting control and QSC audio system
