Kayder provided full design and construct services for the new ST George sailing club. Working alongside Architect Jon Jacka and builder Join Constructions.

Kayder provided the following systems:​

Audio Visual

  •  Providing a high-end distributed audio system throughout the club. The audio system is based on the Q-SYS audio over IP system.

  • MATV system managing the distribution of free to air and Foxtel to TVs throughout the club.  

  • 2 x multipurpose event spaces with hearing augmentation, digital microphones, 4K video distribution and laser projectors.

  • Crestron control system allowing touch panel control of the TVs, Music, Lights, Blinds, Climate control, and audio-visual system.

Lighting Control System

Kayder provided automated control of the club’s lights. Lighting scenes are automatically recalled via various schedules throughout the day. Overdrive lighting control is allowed via one of the many touch panels throughout the venue.

Security and Access Control

   Inner Range security system

  • Control of 20 doors with electronic locks and card access.

  • Building wide alarm with reed switches and motion sensors.

  • Back-to-base central monitoring.

   Hikvision CCTV system

  • Over 50 high-definition cameras installed throughout the venue.

  • Battery back up of entries system in the event of power failure.
