Built by Pimas Gale and designed by SAOTA, this site amalgamated four blocks of land to build a new harbourside home in Sydney. This is one of the largest single residential projects Kayder has completed. The home automation system included integrating multiroom AV, blinds, curtains, lighting, pool control, floor heating, intercom, CCTV, security/access control and air conditioning systems via a Crestron Home System.
