William Double Bay

New South Wales
Crestron home automation across six luxury residences in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs

In Double Bay, Kayder delivered integrated Crestron smart home automation across William, a boutique collection of six luxury residences developed by Cranbrook Group. Designed by Architecture Saville Isaacs, with interiors by Hare + Klein and landscaping by Spirit Level, the development was completed in 2026 in the heart of Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

Kayder designed and delivered the integrated technology systems throughout the residences, bringing automated lighting control, independently zoned air conditioning, video intercom, integrated security and motorised window treatments together through Crestron control.

Integrated Technology at William Double Bay

Working within a highly considered architectural and interior environment, the technology was designed to sit discreetly within each residence while giving homeowners simple, intuitive control of the systems they use every day.

Kayder’s scope included Crestron smart home automation, automated lighting control, zoned climate control, video intercom, integrated home security and motorised blinds and window treatments.

The result is a fully integrated system that complements the architecture and interiors while giving residents centralised control across the home.
